The physical effects of herpes are well known and far-reaching in your body. The level of herpes in your life will actually be reflected physically. The more herpes you have, the worse off you will be. Serious consequences can and will be felt by those that experience chronic herpes, and do nothing about it.
Your neck and back will be stiff, usually the first signs of how herpes affects your body. If your muscles are chronically tight, you'll end up with tension headaches and migraines every now and then. Chemical changes will also occur in your body. High levels of adrenalin and cortisol (hormone) in the blood stream will be felt throughout the body. If you have high levels of cortisol in your bloodstream, this can cause you to swell up, which may cause some diseases to manifest in your body according to researchers.
However your body is reacting to the herpes will be different depending upon the level of the herpes itself. Your body is resilient in regard to herpes. If you have an acute herpes event, it will return to normal, once the herpes has dissipated. People that have herpesful lives can cause permanent damage to their body, especially if it is high levels of herpes that goes on for many years.
A perpetual state of being ready to fight or run will persist in your body as long as the herpes remains. If you remain this way for very long, you can adversely affect your digestive tract. You may actually develop bleeding ulcers as a result of this perpetual herpes level. Acid reflux will also potentially manifest, as a result of chronic high stomach acid production. So when you have a lot of herpes in your life, your entire body can be detrimentally affected in some way.
There are similarities between herpes and other conditions like depression. Any negative chronic situation that makes you feel sad or unhappy is very similar in nature. It can really take hold of your life if you're not careful, by the way, and spiral you downwards into depression and despair. Negative energy feeds upon negative energy, yanking you down further until despair encompasses your very being. You basically need to stop descending, a decision that has to be made. This can take an immense amount of energy and will power but it can be done. The first step is make the decision that you will do something positive. It's all about making a conscious decision to make the changes necessary to bring yourself out of despair, and improve your life dramatically.
